After-Schools Programme
We currently have 1 afterschool's room within the main building, catering for children aged 3-5.
We provide a safe and stimulating environment that allows children to learn through play. Our relaxed but structured routine focuses on free play with different activities integrated into the programme, daily. Our outdoor garden area is progressing with the help of the children.
During non-term time we are delighted to offer full-time day-care to our afterschool's members.

In Acrewood we use development matters a non-statutory curriculum guidance for early years. The child's experience must always be central to the thinking of every of thinking of every practitioner, as babies, toddlers and young children thrive when they are loved and well cared for.
Young children's learning i soften driven by their interests so plans need to be flexible, every child can make progress in their learning with the right help.
We as practitioners provide opportunities and organise enabling environments for high quality play for children to learn and invent their own play and for staff to extend the children's learning
and observe and record.
